Jr/Sr. High School Morning Announcements for Thursday, November 9, 2017

1. Next STEEL meeting is scheduled Wed Nov 8th in the Media Center from 2:15-3:15. ALL members need to attend.

2. Sign-ups for the video game tournament on November 17 will be taking place at all lunches beginning Tuesday, November 7 through Thursday, November 9. Please see Hunter Fontaine, Andrew Tripp, or Mrs. Charette with any questions.

3. Students Against Destructive Decisions or SADD is looking for new members. They are welcoming grades 7 through 12, and they meet every Thursday after school in room 106. If you are interested in becoming​ a member, all you need to do is go to a Thursday meeting. It looks great on college resumes, and it's a great way to better the school.

4. The ASVAB Test (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) will be offered to all students grade 10-12 on Wednesday, November 22nd. Please sign up in Guidance and see Mrs. Medeiros in guidance with any questions about the exam.

5. Open Mic Night November 21, 2017-Tuesday from 6-8pm in the Auditorium. $2.00 or a baked good donation.

6. Any 8th grade student who plans on going to Washington DC and doesn't have the paperwork please come to the office to pick it up. Deposits are due November 17th"

7. Any upperclassmen would like to be a part of Prom Committee to contact Mrs. Charette!

8. 8th grade students the soup & cookie dough fundraisers are due by this Thursday!

9. Talent show Auditions will be held November 21st in the auditorium from 2-4:30. See Mr. Monast or Mr. Burrows to sign up.
 
10. The US Naval Academy will be present on November 21st at 9:30 am to speak with grades 10 and 11 students who are interested. Please sign up in guidance.

11.  Today is Homecoming!!
 
12.  Many thanks and congrats go to the jr high students and staff for an amazing job on their Assembly yesterday. You made the community proud with your hard work and participation. The veteran's were truly proud.
