Principal's Message

Dear WES Wildcat Families,

Dear Westport Elementary School Families,

I hope that your summer is going well.

I am happy to have been appointed as the Principal of the Westport Elementary School.

Mrs. Duquette will be the Principal of the Macomber School. We will be collaborating throughout the school year as we work to build on our recent successes.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year working at WES and I am very excited about the upcoming school year.

As we proceed, we will be sending out a monthly newsletter in addition to updates at various times to keep all of our families informed about all things at WES.

Please let me know of any questions or concerns that you have so that I can assist in a timely manner.

Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Sincerely,

Mr. Kevin Aguiar

Principal

Massachusetts School Library Association Bookmark Contest

The following students were chosen as the Westport Elementary School finalist in the Massachusetts School Library Association Bookmark Contest. They will now compete at the statewide level in their respective divisions. Congratulations and best wishes to our Lady Wildcats! (picture of 3)

In addition, we had several runner ups that showed their amazing artistic creativeness! Congratulations to all who entered, it was extremely difficult to choose!

Students at WES are celebrating National Library Shelfie Day with our resident book snowman!

4th Grade Students may not have a lot of real snow but they had fun building animated snowmen in Google Slides during Mrs. Viveiros' Technology class. Click the link below to see their snowman in action!
