The purpose of this website is to provide parents, students, and our school community with information about Westport High School’s programs, activities, and policies.
Westport High School’s mission is “to provide a safe, cooperative learning environment where all students take pride in learning skills, developing talents, and gaining knowledge which prepares individuals to reach their full potential and to become productive members of society.” To accomplish this, I encourage all students to participate actively in our academic curricula and extracurricular activities. Additionally, I invite students and parents to recommend academic courses and extracurricular activities offerings not currently observed in Westport to ensure that WHS continually evolves to provide the most comprehensive learning experience possible.
Please contact the building administrative team with questions, concerns, or for ongoing guidance and support. Mr. Michael Grandfield is Westport High School’s Assistant Principal. Mr. Grandfield can be contacted via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additionally, I can be contacted via email at email@example.com.

Please click the link below to access the Westport Community Schools Institutional Self-Evaluation. This self-evaluation is to be completed annually to ensure that all students, regardless of race, color, sex, gender identity, religion, national origin, limited English proficiency, sexual orientation, disability, or housing status, have equal access to all programs, including athletics and other extracurricular activities. Your feedback regarding these matters is critically important, and will be used in the development of a plan to address any identified areas of focus.
